THIS MATTER is before the Court on the defendant’s appeal from a judgment and sentence entered by the Pinellas County Court following the defendant’s guilty plea. Counsel for the appellant has filed an Anders brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). This Court provided the appellant with an opportunity to file her own brief, but the appellant failed to file one. This Court has reviewed the record, and finds that there was no error in the proceedings below.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this Court affirms both the judgment and

sentence.
